Bıldırcın (Coturnix coturnix japonica) yetiştiriciliğinde yem katkı maddesi olarak bazı Ulva türlerinin kullanımı ve bağırsak mikrobiyal florasına etkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırma, bıldırcın rasyonlarına ilave edilen deniz yosunlarının (Ulva spp.) büyüme performansı ve karkas özellikleri ve bağırsak bakteriyel florası üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada toplam 81 Japon bıldırcını (Coturnix coturnix japonica) kullanılmıştır. Her grupta 27 civciv bulunan bir kontrol ve iki deneme grubu oluşturularak, her grup kendi arasında 9 civciv içeren üçerli alt gruba ayrılmıştır. Deneme 42 gün sürdürülmüştür. Kontrol grubu (A), temel rasyonla beslenmiştir. Deneme grupları rasyonlarına sırasıyla %4 ve %6 düzeylerinde Ulva türleri ilave edilmiştir. Araştırma sonunda, canlı ağırlık artışı, yem tüketimi, yemden yararlanma oranı ve karkas verimi açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık görülmemiştir (P>0.05). Yosunların bıldırcın bağırsak bakteriyal florası üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılan çalışmada ise, bakteri florasının VITEK® 2 ve kültürel yöntem ile izolat ve tanımlanması yapılmıştır. Basiller, kok ve basilleri çubuk şekilli olmak üzere toplamda on beş farklı tür bakteri Japon bıldırcın bağırsak jejunumundan izole edilmiştir. Acinetobacter baumannii complex, Aeromonas hydrophila/caviae, Enterobacter cloacae ssp. cloacae, Enterococcus casseliflavus, Enterococcus faecium, Enterococcus gallinarum, Granulicatella adiacens, Rhizobium radiobacter, Serratia odorifera, Serratia plymuthica, Staphylococcus equorum, Staphylococcus gallinarum, Staphylococcus lentus, Staphylococcus sciuri ve Staphylococcus xylosus olmak üzere izole edilen bakterilerin genelde kanatlı hayvanlarda mevcut olan bakteriler olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Sonuç olarak, Japon bıldırcını rasyonlarında farklı oranlarda kullanılan deniz yosununun büyüme performansı ve karkas özellikleri üzerine etkisi saptanmamıştır. Bunun yanında deniz yosunu katkılı rasyonlarla beslenen bıldırcınların bakteri florası Enterococcus cinsi yönünden desteklenmiştir.
